What's good Spillionaires!

It's time! You’ve been given early access to help us continue testing Tea Parties! Tea Parties give you the ability to schedule and create virtual spaces for specific conversations with a chosen group of people with chat, live audio or video! Make sure you’re at least on app Version 1.8 and refresh your feed to get started. See testable features below.

Creating Your Tea Party: Choose a name, description and cover image to showcase your Tea Party. Next choose a colorway theme for the chat to add some flavor.

Starting Live Audio + Video: When it's time to start your Tea Party, be sure to be under a steady and secure WiFi connection. Open the Tea Party chat and swipe down from the info bar to start Live Audio or Live Video, choose your selection and get started. Be sure to not connect to Bluetooth speakers during your Live.

Ending Your Tea Party: When it's time to end your Tea Party, swipe down from the info bar to end Live Audio/Video and then hit End Tea Party.

Safety: Please note that we are working diligently to ensure community safety with the roll out of our features. At this current time in testing, Spills can be reported the same in a Tea Party as they can on the timeline, and we will continue to roll out more safety features as testing continues. Please engage at your own discretion, and continue to report any and all content and behavior that violates our community guidelines.

Testable Tea Party Features:

- Inviting cohosts or speakers? Next to “Speakers” in the info bar, tap the “+” icon to search for attendees to add and send them an invite

- Next to the white circle, tap the [ →← ] pinch icon to go Picture-In-Picture

- To mute yourself tap the Mic icon until it goes from red to grey

- Tap the outlined white circle button to screenshot Live Video

- Tap the floating orange button to show a condensed version of the chat, similar to your brew outside of the Tea Party

- Tap the @ symbol to reply to an in party Spill

- Tap the “ symbol to quote (or reshare), quote with comment or flip a Spill

- Press & hold the Tea Party (tapping teacups symbol) icon to add a reaction to a Spill
